Conference Registration Agreement

By registering for the First Love Church Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

Conference registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference unless otherwise arranged with the organizers.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations received 15-29 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 15 days before the conference.

3. Photography and Recording

By attending the conference, you grant First Love Church the right to take photographs or record videos of you in connection with the conference, and to use these images or videos for promotional purposes.

4. Liability Waiver

First Love Church is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the attendee during the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. First Love Church reserves the right to remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related communications and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
